RERA Kerala: How to Register with RERA Kerala as an Agent

Form G, which is the RERA Kerala application form for agents, needs to be filled out by an agent. On the RERA Kerala website, you can easily download a form. You can find it in the Downloads section. Now, fill out Form G, attach copies of all the required documents, and mail it to the address above. After getting the documents, the authority will evaluate them, and when that’s done, the RERA registration number will be given to the agent.

  2. Balance sheet of last financial year- audited by CA 
  3. Last three years Income Tax Return (ITR) 
  4. Open parking area in the real estate project 
  5. A copy of a title deed- a clear title of the promoter to the land should be specified 
  6. All the details of encumbrances on which the development is proposed. It must have all the details like title, dues, interest, litigation etc. 
  7. A self declaration stating all the allottee will have same rights, no discrimination will be done. 
  8. Details of all existing projects- status of the project, total area, built area, carpet area etc.

Fees and Charges of RERA Kerala

When registering with RERA Kerala, a real estate agent must pay a registration fee of Rs 25,000 and another fee of Rs 2,50,000.

Anyone, like a home buyer, an agent, or a promoter, can file a complaint with RERA Kerala. Anyone who breaks, cheats, or breaks the rules of RERA can file a complaint.
