Real estate is a significant sector in India, but it has long been plagued by issues such as delayed projects, fraudulent practices, and the lack of transparency. To address these concerns and safeguard the interests of homebuyers, the Government of India introduced the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (RERA). The state of Rajasthan, known for its rich cultural heritage and vibrant real estate market, has embraced RERA wholeheartedly. RERA Rajasthan has brought about a positive transformation in the real estate sector, empowering homebuyers, and instilling confidence in the market.
Under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act of 2016, the government of Rajasthan has made rules for promoting and regulating the real estate sector in the state. With this plan, the Rajasthan Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) will help the real estate market grow and become more healthy, transparent, efficient, and competitive.
